UK Shipping

Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or an equivalent tracked service. This service includes email and text delivery updates. A signature will be required upon delivery.

 

International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside of the UK, please email us for a shipping quote at [email protected].

 

Delivery & Manufacture Times

We hold stock and aim to process your order within 48 hours of receiving it. You should then receive it within 24 hours. Please contact us if you require your item urgently.

 

Returns Information

 

Returns Policy (Online Purchases Only)

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

Please note: This returns policy applies only to online purchases. In-store sales are non-returnable.

 

Return Procedure

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt to request a return reference, stating your reason for return.
  • Once authorised, you’ll have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
  • Please return items at your own cost using a signed-for, trackable postal or courier service for your peace of mind.
  • Include your invoice (or a copy) inside the parcel and provide us with the tracking number once dispatched.

 

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition – unworn, unwashed, and free from odours, makeup, or marks.
  • All tags, packaging, and garment bags must be included.
  • The large “DO NOT REMOVE” tag must be attached and fully intact.
  • Any items with security or tamper-proof seals removed or broken will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal or debit/credit card) for the item price only, excluding postage.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you’ve received a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order details and photographs. We’ll arrange and cover the return postage if the fault is confirmed. All items are videoed and photographed prior to dispatch to ensure they leave us in perfect condition.
