BRIDAL SALES CONSULTANT

ROBERTA’S BRIDAL, STOKE ON TRENT

Help our brides find their "Yes" moment.

We’re looking for a confident, warm and sales-driven individual to join our close-knit team at Roberta’s Bridal.

This is not a “folding dresses and ringing a till” role. It’s about experience, reassurance, and guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their life.

The Role

Deliver exceptional 1-to-1 consultations
Confidently close sales and overcome objections
Model dresses for Instagram & TikTok content
Represent the brand with passion and style

Hours & Pay

21 to 37 hours per week (Negotiable)
Must include Saturdays
Competitive pay (Above NMW)

Key Responsibilities

Bridal and prom appointments
Visual merchandising & window displays
Steaming and preparing luxury gowns
Stock intake and quality control
Maintaining a clean, welcoming boutique
Accurate record keeping

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This is a physically demanding role. You will be on your feet all day and lifting heavy wedding dresses is required. A driving licence is an advantage.
