UK Shipping
Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or equivalent service. This service includes email/text delivery updates.a signature will be required to receive delivery.
International Shipping
At present we do not offer international shipping. Please email us for a shipping quote to [email protected] if you are outside of the UK.
Delivery & Manufacture Times
We hold stock so aim to process your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should then receive it within 24 hours. Please contact us if you need it urgently.
Returns Information
General Terms
Of course we hope that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from Us, but if for any reason you are not satisfied or simply change your mind, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition, and with the original packaging and labels. Should you remove the large tag that states DO NOT REMOVE then we can not process a return.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). Your refund will be in the form of the original payment, either to the PayPal account used or to your debit/credit card.

If the goods are faulty, not what you ordered, or do not reach you in perfect condition, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please Contact us to arrange return the goods together with any original box/packaging, where applicable, along with a brief description of the fault or problem. All items are videod and photographed before shipping to ensure they leave us in perfect condition.
