Make yourself at home
Your bridal appointment is all about you. Take your time, enjoy trying on different styles and let us help you discover what feels right. We’ll have a selection of gowns ready based on what you’re looking for, with plenty of time to chat, explore and enjoy the experience.
- Arrive on time so we can make the most of your appointment together.
- Wear comfortable underwear and, if you have one, a strapless bra.
- Bring along any inspiration photos, Pinterest boards or ideas you love — they’re always helpful.
Most bridal appointments last around 60–90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax, try on different gowns and find the styles that make you feel amazing.
Of course. We know how special this moment is, so you’re welcome to bring a guest or two to share it with you. We’ll keep the appointment relaxed and personal, with plenty of time for those all-important opinions.

Everything you need to know
We operate flexible hours for appointments. If you need an evening or Sunday, ask and we’ll try to make it work.
Most gowns need a little tailoring. We’ll advise on timescales and costs during your appointment.
Deposit to secure your dress, with the balance due before collection. We accept card and bank transfer.
Guests & children
We recommend up to two guests to keep things comfortable and focused on you. Little ones are welcome but please keep them supervised.
Food & drink
Water is absolutely fine — we just ask that you avoid coloured drinks in the fitting rooms.
Cancellations
If you can’t make it, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another bride.
