What to expect

Friendly, private styling in our Burslem boutique with a curated rail based on your preferences. Feel free to bring a guest or two for a second opinion.

Before you come

Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your slot.
Wear comfortable underwear and a strapless bra if you have one.
If you have inspiration photos, bring them along or email them to us in advance.

How long does it take?

Most bridal fittings last 60–90 minutes. If you’d like a longer slot, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Opening hours

We operate flexible hours for appointments. If you need an evening or Sunday, ask and we’ll try to make it work.

Alterations

Most gowns need a little tailoring. We’ll advise on timescales and costs during your appointment.

Payment options

Deposit to secure your dress, with the balance due before collection. We accept card and bank transfer.

Policies

Guests & children

We recommend up to two guests to keep things comfortable and focused on you. Little ones are welcome but please keep them supervised.

Food & drink

Water is absolutely fine — we just ask that you avoid coloured drinks in the fitting rooms.

Cancellations

If you can’t make it, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another bride.
